Meet Dzenana

Dženana Čavkušić serves as Director of Events and Marketing, where she leads community engagement initiatives and helps create meaningful events that strengthen connections within the community. Born in Zenica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, she immigrated to the United States with her family in 2001 and from a young age took on the responsibility of translating and navigating everyday life for her parents, shaping her strong communication skills, independence, and sense of responsibility. She was raised in Waterloo, Iowa, and now resides in the Bondurant area, where she and her spouse purchased their first home in 2025. Dženana currently works as a Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co.. Deeply connected to her Bosnian roots, she takes pride in her heritage values and is passionate about building relationships, supporting others, and fostering a strong, engaged community. Through her role, she is committed to expanding outreach, strengthening partnerships, and creating impactful experiences for the Bosnian-American community.
